Been a good chef is really a nice thing .
Like they normally say what a man can do a woman can do better,
But now I turn it to what a woman can cook a man can cook better.
It was really good and very wonderful today preparing my pepper soup and what we the igbos call agidi on the 10 day of January this 2025 and it happens to be my first pepper soup of the year .
Agidi is our Igbo native food prepared with corn
And this is done by gathering your corn and grinding it after you cooked it .
It has a white type and a jellof type but currently i prepared a white one which i ate with my pepper soup.
Pepper soup happens to be my favorite delicious meal and I like this food very much that i don't really joke with it and that is why i decided to prepare it today and also take it with white agidi which is one of our native phone over here.
