Hola querida comunidad de Hive,hoy les presento el paso a paso de una receta súper sencilla,pero exquisita como es la ENSALADA TRICOLOR, la misma está compuesta por tan solo seis ingredientes fáciles de conseguir y puedo asegurar que además son económicos.El nombre tricolor se debe a esos tonos tan agradables que se obtienen gracias a la zanahoria,el repollo y el pepino.

ENSALADA TRICOLOR

                                         Ingredientes:

1/2 Repollo morado
02 Zanahorias grandes
01 pepino grande
Mayonesa
Vinagre
Sal

Modo de preparación:

  • Limpiar las zanahorias y el pepino.
  • Lavar bien el repollo ,las zanahorias y el pepino.
  • Luego remojar en agua con vinagre el repollo,las zanahorias y el pepino por cinco minutos aproximadamente,esto con la finalidad de desinfectarlos.

  • Preferiblemente retirar las semillas al pepino para evitar complicaciones en el tracto digestivo.
  • Cortar en tiras pequeñas el repollo,rallar las zanahorias, cortar el pepino en tiras delgadas.
  • Colocar en un recipiente los antes mencionados y agregar cuatro cucharadas de mayonesa,una cucharadita de sal y vinagre al gusto.
  • Integrar todos los ingredientes revolviendo suavemente hasta que quede compacta.
  • Después refrigerar por cinco minutos, transcurrido el tiempo antes mencionado se puede servir.

01 large cucumber

How to prepare:

  • Clean the carrots and cucumber.
    Wash well the cabbage, carrots and cucumber.
  • Then soak the cabbage, carrots and cucumber in water with vinegar for about five minutes in order to disinfect them.
