Hello dear and appreciated FOODIES BEE HIVE community, it is a real pleasure for me to share with you something that I really like, it is the first time that I have been public, I hope you like it, my charm and fascination is the kitchen and in this case I will share with you some delicious marbled cookies (chocolate and butter) .
Recipe delicious marbled cookies (chocolate and butter) .
INGREDIENTS
- 190 Grs of Wheat Flour.
- 150 Grs of Butter.
- 125 Grs of Sugar.
- 1 egg.
- 20 Grs of cocoa.
- 1 pinch of salt
* Step 1
Beat the yolks with the sugar, until they are whitish, and add the butter and salt until they are integrated.
- Step 2
Divide the preparation into equal parts, add half and half the flour to each part and add the cocoa to one of the parts.
- STEP 3
Knead both parts until you get two dough, one made of butter and the other one made of chocolate, in which you will form two balls that will be wrapped in transparent film, separately
- STEP 4
Put in the refrigerator for a space of 30 minutes
- STEP 5
After 30 minutes, take the dough out of the fridge and with a rolling pin, roll it out separately on the table dusted with flour, form two thin layers which you will mount one on top of the other.
- STEP 6
To roll it you must use the plastic wrap and take it back to the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- STEP 7
After 10 minutes we proceed to take out of the refrigerator, cut the cookies and play with our imagination, I even made some little hearts
- STEP 8
Take to the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes, and voila, wait for the cookies to warm up a bit before removing
