Best regards, dear friends of ***Foodies bee hive***, it is an honor for me to be able to share this delicious recipe that consists of a fried bread dough, to accompany your breakfasts, your snacks or your dinners, the smallest of the house They love thank you, it is a very easy and very cheap recipe to make, they will not regret it.

INGREDIENTS:

.- 300 grams of self-rising wheat flour.

.- 150 ml of water approximately

.- 1 tablespoon butter

.- 1/2 teaspoon salt

.- 2 tablespoons of sugar

.- Enough oil to fry.


PREPARATION:

In a mold we will place all the ingredients, the water will be added as we knead little by little, until we obtain a consistent and manageable dough.

This dough is left to rest for 15 to 20 minutes, after that wait we proceed to form balls the size of the hand grip and they are placed in order.

We will take the balls in order starting from the first to which we are giving it the shape of a wheel and at the same time we are stretching.

When stretching, the pan must be with the oil very hot, this is a dough that is easy and quick to cook, they will inflate a little, its flavor is that of a fried bread, you can open it and accompany it with the dressing that you want, I I filled it with butter and cheese, this is heaven, me and my family love it, I hope it is also to your liking.
