Hola queridos amigos y foddies de hive.

Ayer me ausenté, pero hoy estoy de vuelta para compartir con ustedes una receta perfecta para que la preparen y lleven al trabajo, excelente para esos momento de ansiedad donde queremos comer y comer, y unos de los beneficios de estas deliciosas barras es que dan esa sensación de saciedad, por cual mantendremos nuestro estomago ocupado 😀

Hechas con plátano avena y cacao, pocos ingredientes y que pueden hacer perfectamente un día antes, o inclusive unos minutos antes de la hora de la merienda.

Hello dear friends and hive foddies.

Yesterday I was absent, but today I am back to share with you a perfect recipe to prepare and take to work, excellent for those moments of anxiety where we want to eat and eat, and one of the benefits of these delicious bars is that they give that feeling of satiety, by which we will keep our stomach busy 😀

Made with banana oatmeal and cocoa, few ingredients and that can be made perfectly a day before, or even a few minutes before snack time.

Puré de plátano100g
Cacao amargo en polvo2 Cucharadas
LimónUn chorrito

  • Para comenzar le agregamos un chorrito de limón al plátano.
  • Luego le agregamos el cacao y mezclamos hasta formar una pasta.
  • Añadimos la avena y mezclamos hasta formar una masa bastante compacta.
  • To start we add a splash of lemon to the banana.
  • Then we add the cocoa and mix to form a paste.
  • Add the oats and mix to form a fairly compact dough.

  • Tomamos pequeñas porciones de la masa, y moldeamos con las manos las barras.
  • Llevaremos al horno, por 15 minutos a 180 grados centígrados.
  • We take small portions of the dough, and mold the bars with our hands.
  • We will take to the oven, for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

  • Podemos servir así, muy saludables, o no tan saludables con sirope de chocolate 😄

  • De cualquier forma, son excelentes.. Mira el resultado... 😋

  • We can serve like this, very healthy, or not so healthy with chocolate syrup 😄
