Hello foodies! Have you experienced to crave for a certain food in the middle of the night and felt frustrated because you cannot seem to fathom what it is you're looking for?
Last night at around 10PM I felt this craving for a hot meaty soup but couldn't figure out what to eat specifically. As I checked our kitchen, no ingredients seems to be present to cook for my cravings. I also checked my food delivery mobile app and looked for available foods in the app, but to my dismay, I did not see what I am looking for. So I went outside and walked around the corner in our neighborhood and was surprised to see on the corner of the street this little food stall, they are selling Ramen for an affordable price.
I was shocked because there are still a lot of people in the food stall even though it is in the middle of the night. Aside from that I am also shocked because how did I not know that this stall is just around my neighborhood?
I am very excited because finally, the food that I am craving is RAMEN. A while ago I do not know what specifically I am looking for, but the moment I saw this stall I know I need to order too.
The name of the food stall is "Kanto Street Ramen" or Corner Street Ramen in English, they prepare their food in front of the buyer which makes it look more appetizing.
They sell a variety of ramen and you can also choose from the type of noodles that you like and also they also sell side dishes that you can match with your ramen. I ordered Shoyu Ramen in Spicy Red noodles, Shrimp Tempura for the side dish, and water.
Their ramen is a 10/10 for me, aside from satisfying my cravings, the soup is also very meaty and yummy. The noodles are not saggy rather it is somewhat crunchy, the side dish also is very tasty. I also had a fun experience because I ate in front of the chef while they prepare the meals.
All in all, I had a great experience discovering this Ramen around the corner. Indeed, the world is very big, you really cannot know what your neighborhood has unless you have late-night cravings hehe
