Today I bring you a delicious and different fritters recipe in which banana and dulce de leche will be the protagonists.
This dessert is ideal for afternoon snacks, to share with the family or for an infinite number of occasions. Its main ingredient, the banana, adds that fruity touch and the milk caramel that creamy and smooth texture to the palate.
What I like most about this dessert is how versatile it is since we can let our creativity run wild with an infinite number of fillings; chocolate, jams, custard, or whatever you want. I put milk caramel and I love it.
These fritters have an extra ingredient that makes them even more delicious because they are made with loveđ. I hope you like them!đ

Hoy les traigo una deliciosa y distinta receta de buĂąuelos en la que la banana y el dulce de leche serĂĄn los protagonistas.
Este postre es ideal para merendar en las tardes, para compartir con la familia o para una infinidad de ocasiones. Su ingrediente principal, el banano, le aĂąade ese toque frutal y el dulce de leche esa textura cremosa y suave al paladar.
Lo que mas me gusta de este postre es lo versĂĄtil que es ya que podemos dejar volar nuestra creatividad con infinidad de rellenos; de chocolate, mermeladas, crema pastelera, o de lo que quieras. Yo le puse dulce de leche y me ha encantando.
Estos buĂąuelos tienen un ingrediente extra que hace que queden mas deliciosos porque estĂĄn hechos con amorđ. Espero que te gusten!đ

Ingredients
⢠150 g corn flour
⢠80 g sugar
⢠1 medium egg
⢠80 ml of whole milk
⢠1 large banana
⢠1 small spoonful of baking powder
⢠1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
⢠A pinch of nutmeg powder
⢠Pinch of salt
⢠Pinch of vanilla
⢠Plenty of oil for frying
⢠For the filling:
⢠1 can of condensed milk
Ingredientes
⢠150 g de harina de maĂz
⢠80 g de azúcar
⢠1 huevo mediano
⢠80 ml de leche entera
⢠1 banana grande
⢠1 Cucharada pequeùa de polvo de hornear
⢠1 Cucharada pequeùa de canela en polvo
⢠Una pizca de nuez moscada en polvo
⢠Una pizca de vainilla
⢠Una pizca de sal
⢠Abundante aceite para freĂr
⢠Para el relleno:
⢠1 lata de leche condensada
Preparation
We start by making the filling:

Comenzamos haciendo el relleno:
⢠First we will remove the label from the can.
⢠Then in an express pot {also called pressure cooker} filled with water we are going to introduce the can.
⢠We fill the pot until it completely covers the can about two inches above.
⢠Then we put it to boil for 1 hour.
{if you do not have an express cooker, with a normal cooker it would be 3 hours}
⢠Once the hour has passed, we turn off the fire, let the pot cool down completely and taking care that all the steam has been expelled, we uncover it.
⢠We place it in the sink and remove the hot water and add cold water.
⢠Primero vamos a quitar la etiqueta de la lata
⢠Luego en una olla express {tambiÊn llamada olla a presión} llena de agua vamos a introducir la lata.
⢠Llenamos la olla hasta que cubra por completo la lata unas dos pulgadas por encima.
⢠DespuÊs la ponemos a hervir durante 1 hora.
{si no tienes olla exprĂŠs, con olla normal serian 3 horas}
⢠Una vez pasada la hora, apagamos el fuego, dejamos que la olla se enfriÊ por completo y cuidando que ya expulsado todo el vapor, la destapamos.
⢠La colocamos en el fregadero y le retiramos el agua caliente y le agregamos agua frĂa.

â˘Luego de que la lata este frĂa, la abrimos y nos quedara asĂ. Miren que bonito dulce de lecheđđ
â˘Start by peeling the banana and mashing it with a fork.
â˘Place an egg in a bowl and beat it very well.
â˘Add the sugar and the cinnamon powder.

⢠Comenzamos pelando la banana y la machacamos con un tenedor
⢠Colocamos un huevo en un bol y lo batimos muy bien.
⢠Aùadimos la azúcar y la canela en polvo.
⢠Mezclamos
⢠Proceed to add the banana, the wheat flour and pour the milk.
⢠Add the nutmeg and continue mixing.
⢠Then we are going to beat the mixture until the mixture is homogeneous.
⢠Procedemos a agregar la banana, la harina de trigo y vertemos la leche.
⢠Aùadimos la nuez moscada y continuamos mezclando.
⢠A continuación vamos a batir la mezcla hasta que la mezcla sea homogÊnea.
⢠Continue adding the baking powder and salt.
â˘After we have mixed, we add little by little corn flour until the mixture is a little firmer.
â˘We knead with our hands.
â˘Add the pinch of vanilla and continue kneading until it looks like this.
â˘Wrap the dough in paper and let it rest for 5 minutes.
â˘Continuamos aĂąadiendo el polvo de hornear y la sal.
â˘DespuĂŠs que hayamos mezclado, aĂąadimos poco a poco harina de maĂz hasta que la mezcla quede un poco mas firme.
â˘Amasamos con nuestras manos.
â˘AĂąadimos la pizca de vainilla y continuamos amasando hasta que nos quede asĂ.
â˘Envolvemos la masa en papel y la dejamos reposar por 5 minutos.
⢠After 5 minutes we are going to mold with our hands and make round balls.
⢠Use a spoon to collect the mixture, so that they are of a similar size.
⢠Continue molding until all the dough is finished.
â˘Pasados los 5 minutos vamos a moldear con nuestras manos y a hacer bolas en forma redonda.
â˘Utilizamos una cuchara para recoger la mezcla, y asĂ nos queden de un tamaĂąo similar.
â˘Continuamos moldeando hasta acabar con toda la masa.
Let's cook!đ¤
â˘Place a frying pan over medium heat with oil to fry, when the oil is hot (but not too hot that it smokes so that they do not burn or remain raw inside).
â˘Add the fritters one by one.
â˘Fry them for a few minutes 2 minutes until they are golden brown on each side.
â˘After 2 minutes we take them out and place them on a plate with absorbent paper.

â˘Colocamos un salten a fuego medio con aceite para freĂr, cuando el aceite este caliente {pero que no este demasiado caliente que humee para que no se nos vayan a quemar o se queden crudos por dentro}
â˘Pasamos a agregar los buĂąuelos uno por uno.
â˘Las freĂmos durante algunos minutos 2 minutos hasta que queden doraditas de cada lado.
â˘Cuando pasen 2 minutos las sacamos y las colocamos en un plato con papel absorbente.
â˘We will introduce the dulce de leche in a pastry bag.
â˘Then in each BuĂąuelo and Voila!
