1 large or 2 small potatoes
1 can of red beans
1 can of tuna
1 red onion or spring onion
a pinch of salt
a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
hot sauce to taste
cooking time: no cooking !!!

First, cut 1 large or 2 small potatoes into small pieces
Boil for 5 minutes
Then cut a red onion or spring onion into very thin slices
In a bowl, pour a can of red beans (remember to drain them)
Add the previously cut onions
Add a can of tuna
Add the boiled potatoes
Then season with 20 ml of spicy sauce (if you like spicy you can add more)
Add a pinch of salt
And finally add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Mix with a spoon
