250 g of tomato sauce
a pinch of salt

basil and chilli to taste

Hello friends! How are you? Get in the kitchen because today's recipe is sensational!
Today we prepare together some delicious meatballs made with lentils and spinach, they are really delicious!
First, pour 120 g of already cooked or defrosted spinach into a blender
Then we add 240 g of canned lentils drained from their liquid and maybe even rinsed
Blend everything until you get a mixture like this
Add a pinch of salt and pepper
And finally add 100 g of breadcrumbs
Knead until you get a dough like this
Now form some meatballs, you can decide the shape and size
Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a pan
Add half a thinly sliced onion
Brown the onion
Then add the meatballs
Cook them over high heat for 2 minutes per side
And then add 250 g of tomato sauce
Add a pinch of salt and mix
You can also add some chilli if you like
Add a few basil leaves and mix
Sauté the meatballs in the pan for a few minutes and they will be ready!
