We eat fish cooked in different ways, but many of us do not know that fish chutney is delicious and easy to make than fish curry. goes Today I made my favorite recipe Pangash fish chutney recipe to eat with rice so thought to share very easy and delicious Pangash fish chutney recipe hope you like my recipe.
Ingredients for Pangash Fish Chutney Recipe
Pangash fish piece 3/4
An onion
Dry Red Chilli 6/7
Mustard oil 2 tsp
Soybean oil 3 tbsp
Salt to taste

1 step:
First, I cut the pangus fish into medium pieces and wash them with clean water. When the pieces of pangas fish are washed, I put the pieces of pangas fish in a bowl, rub it with yellow salt and keep it covered for a while.
2 step
After the pieces of pangas fish are covered for a while, I add three spoons of soybean oil to the oven. When the oil is hot, fry the pangus fish pieces in the middle of the stove

When pangas fish pieces are deep fried, I take them out of the pan and take them on a plate
4 step
Once pangas fish pieces are fried, now I will fry dry red chillies. Once the chillies are fried, now I will mash the chopped onions in a bowl with salt to taste and dry chillies with the help of hands.
5 step
If the onion is chopped dried chillies salt is rubbed, then I rub it well with 2 teaspoons of mustard oil and then cut pangas fish like this.
6 step
Once the pangas fish pieces are cut out, I complete the fish chutney recipe with the pangas fish paste.
