- Beat at "high" speed 3 egg whites, when they acquire a creamy texture, add 1/2 cup of sugar, beat again, until it reaches stiff peaks. You will know it is the right texture because the mixture will NOT come off the beaters.
- Batimos a velocidad "alta" 3 claras de huevos, cuando adquieran una textura cremosa, agregamos 1/2 taza de azúcar, volvemos a batir, hasta que adquiera el punto de nieve. Sabrán que es la textura adecuada, ya que la mezcla NO se despegará de las varillas de la batidora.
- Without cleaning the mixer rods, beat 3 egg yolks with 1/2 cup of sugar until well blended.

- Colocamos 1 taza de harina de trigo, junto con 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear (previamente cernidas).
- Incorporate the reserved egg whites and mix with wrapping movements.
- Incorporamos las "claras de huevo" que teníamos reservadas, mezclamos con movimientos envolventes.
- Add 3 heaping tablespoons of chocolate...

Add half of the mixture to a previously buttered and floured container. With the help of a spoon, place the chocolate mixture on top, add the vanilla mixture and the rest of the chocolate cream. With a knife, spread the chocolate in a spiral shape.
Bake at 180º for 1 hour or until it is ready.
- Agregamos la mitad de la mezcla a un envase previamente enmantequillado y enharinado. Con ayuda de una cuchara colocamos la mezcla de chocolate por encima, volvemos a colocar la mezcla de vainilla y el resto de la crema de chocolate. Con un cuchillo extendemos el chocolate dando forma de espiral.
- Horneamos a 180º durante 1 hora o hasta comprobar que está listo.

Vanila and chocolate mixed cake I have tasted before. So I can imagine how about the flavor of your cake what you have shared in this foodie content. Process isn't difficult. But cake has nice aroma and flavor.
This is one of my favorite cakes. The secret to enjoy a VERY light and fluffy consistency is to beat the egg whites and egg yolks separately. I am very happy to hear that you liked the recipe... I send you a big hug!
