How to prepare delicious potato rolls with bell pepper and onions / ENG-ESP

Happy weekend Hivers... In this opportunity, I will explain you "step by step" how to prepare some delicious "rolls with potatoes, bell pepper and onions". I hope you enjoy the process and share it with your family... Let's start our fun process!

Feliz fin de semana Hivers... En ésta oportunidad, les explicaré "paso a paso" como preparar unos exquisitos "rollitos con patatas, pimiento y cebolla". Espero que disfruten el proceso y lo compartan en familia... Empecemos nuestro divertido proceso!

  • Add 1 egg to a bowl, beat until you get a foamy texture. Add: seasoned salt, dried oregano and 2 grated potatoes, I suggest grating them on the coarse side.
  • Añadimos a un bowl: 1 huevo, batimos hasta conseguir una textura "espumosa". Incorporamos: sal condimentada, orégano seco y 2 patatas ralladas, les sugiero rallar por el lado "grueso".

  • We integrate 1 onion together with 1/2 bell pepper, cut in "small" cubes.
  • Integramos 1 cebolla junto con 1/2 pimiento, cortamos en cubos "pequeños".

  • Add 1 cup of milk along with 4 scallions (finely chopped).
  • Agregamos 1 taza de leche junto con 4 cebollines (finamente cortados).

  • To give color to our dish, I decided to add some red bell pepper cubes...
  • Para darle colorido a nuestro platillo, decidí colocar unos cubos de pimiento rojo...

  • Incorporate wheat flour, the mixture should NOT have such a thick consistency, in order to enjoy rolls with a soft and manageable texture.
  • Incorporamos harina de trigo, la mezcla NO deberá quedar con una consistencia tan espesa, para poder disfrutar de unos rollitos con una textura suave y manejable.

  • Add a touch of sweet paprika...
  • Añadimos un toque de pimentón dulce...

  • Cook over medium heat, to prevent them from acquiring a "crunchy" texture.
  • Cocinamos a fuego "medio", para así evitar que adquieran una textura "crujiente".

  • After 2 minutes of cooking, they are VERY soft and tasty!
  • Transcurridos 2 minutos de cocción así nos van quedando, MUY suaves y sabrosas!
