How to Prepare repare Afang Soup

Actually this is my first time making a post in this community
I love food and i love making them

I want to introduce you all to Our local delicacy here in Akwa Ibom State of Nigeria
Afang soup is a meal prepared for event such as marriage ceremony, traditional event and other big event in the locality.
One of the unique things about Afang soup is that it's very simple to prepare and its require not much ingredients to make it taste good

Afang soup when prepared and eat reminds us of who we are, our culture and our heritage
And we so much love to eat it

I'm going take you on a step by step process of to prepare Afang soup

INGREDIENTS

3 liter bowel of Waterleafs

1 gram of crayfish

1 teaspoon of salt

1 gram of seasoning or 5 seasoning cubes

1/2 liter of palm oil

1 liter bowel of granded Afang leaf

1 pound of meat ( i used cow skin in cooking mine though)

1 gram of periwinkles

2 pieces of dried fish

1 Liter of water

1 teaspoon of pepper

STEP 1
Make ready all the ingredients to be used for the soup

STEP 2
Wash and slice your waterleaf and empty it into your pot

STEP 3
Set up your cooking gas and put the pot on fire
Add your meat, salt, pepper, your seasoning cubes and palm oil immediately

STEP 4
Cover your pot and allow it on fire for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes, Add
Periwinkle, crayfish and dry fish

STEP 5
Cover your pot and allow it for 4 minutes
After 4 minutes, Add Afang leaf and stir
And it's done
