Happy new year to you all. Hope you are enjoying the new creating new recipes. Yesterday i decided to play around with some dry spies and make some chicken wings.
Ingredients i used:
Parely
Theme
Rosamary
Black pepper,
Lemon Juice
curry powder & Tumeric
Olive oil
Bulb fresh garlic & Ginger
Soy sauce
1 Pack of chicken wings.
Method:
prepare a bowel then pour in water, add say sauce, salt, rosemary and lemon then add in the chicken and soak for 2o min.
Drain out the water and in a different bowl, mix all the ingredients and make a paste.
Add the chicken wings to the paste and mix thoroughly. Then get a piece of charcoal place it on foil and place it on top of the wings in a bowl and pour oil on it. After the fire goes off, cover the dish and marinate for 30 minutes in a fridge.
Then remove from fridge, prepare oven try by lining it with baking paper and place your wings there and place in the oven for 20min then remove them and turn the chicken and roast for another 20-30min.. You can also roast them using an Air fryer.
