Scumbia and okra soup I missed so much

Hello havians, happy new week


Today I just want to share my dinner to this wonderful group foodiesbee-hive is been awhile I eat heavy food as my dinner it always light food today is a different day so I will just list the items I used. Is very simple I didn't put much ingredients so it gonna be very simple.

So down here are the ingredients I used

IMG_20220613_175655_7.jpg here is Crayfish and fresh pepper in a local mortar

Scumbia ( ice- fish)
Periwinkle the remove ones
Okra
Hot leaf
Crayfish
Fresh pepper
Red oil.

So after I season the fish, I turned it and put it aside the put the pot on gas,

Pour in the amount of red oil I need allow it to hot

Put in the slice onion

Then the fish into the hot oil.

After which I pour in the okra

Then add the fish stock

Add a cube of Maggie, and Crayfish. This Crayfish I pound it with local mortar with fresh pepper.

I turned it to mix well

Finally I add the slice hot leaf to the pot. And turn it and allow for five minutes.

After five minutes the soup is ready

I told you guys that is very simple so lovely people here is it I used garri to enjoy my okra soup this evening.
