Primeramente Buenos días comunidad hoy me levanté con ganas de comer algo dulce y salado a la misma ves así que prepare estas ricas empanadas de Platano
Firstly, good morning community, today I woke up wanting to eat something sweet and salty at the same time, so I prepared these delicious Banana empanadas
Que utilice para la preparación fue
What to use for the preparation was
- 1 Platano
- Harina de maíz
- Queso
- 1 Banana
- Cornmeal
- Cheese
Picamos nuestro plátano y llevamos a hervir
We chop our banana and bring to a boil
Al estar listo lo pasamos a un tazón y empezamos amasar
When we are ready we pass it to a bowl and start kneading
Así quedó mi masa
This is how my dough was
Buscamos una bolsa y colocaremos una porción de nuestra masa y la aplastamos
We look for a bag and we will place a portion of our dough and crush it
Aplicamos el queso (al gusto)
We apply the cheese (to taste)
Cerramos y hacemos la forma de la empanda
We close and make the shape of the empanda
Llevamos a freir
We take to fry
Y tenemos nuestro desayuno listo
And we have our breakfast ready
