Hola a todos!!! Gracias por pasar por mi blog y venir a visitarme. A cuántos les gusta la cocina oriental??? Y cuando digo cocina oriental me refiero a la comida asiática, india, etc., no piensen que hablo del oriente de Cuba. Aunque también, esa es una cocina rica en tradición y sabor exquisito, digna de tener en alta estima.
En particular hoy les traigo una apetitosa receta de pollo, en la cual utilicé varios ingredientes típicos de la cocina oriental. Me encanta el sabor y resultado final y les recomiendo intentarlo en casa.
A continuación les enseño cómo preparar este delicioso pollo al estilo oriental a la manera de lagoticaderocio.

Ingredientes:

  • 5 muslos de pollo 🐔
  • 1/2 cebolla grande 🧅
  • 1 cucharada de ajo en aceite🧄
  • 4 cucharadas de salsa china
  • 2 cucharadas de miel 🍯
  • 1 cucharadita de vinagre
  • 1 pizca de comino
  • 1 pizca de perejil
  • 1 pizca de cúrcuma
  • 1 paquetito de Sazón Goya
  • 5 hojitas de albahaca
  • Sal al gusto🧂
  • Pimienta al gusto
  • Aceite

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of garlic in oil🧄
  • 4 tablespoons Chinese sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey 🍯
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 pinch cumin

  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 1 packet of Sazón Goya
  • 5 basil leaves

Elaboración del plato:

Paso 1

Deshuesar los muslos de pollo. Al hacerlo quedarán unos filetes de pollo. Me encanta preparar el pollo de esta manera, pues me resulta más cómodo a la hora de comer.

Paso 2

Salpimentar el pollo al gusto. Considerando que ingredientes como la salsa china aportarán sal a la preparación. Proceder a adobar con todos los ingredientes que aparecen en la lista. Me gustó emplear el Sazón Goya porque contiene azafrán, un ingrediente típico de la cultura oriental. Lo siguiente es poner a refrigerar el pollo mínimo por media hora. Cuanto más tiempo pase en el adobo mejor se integrarán los sabores y la receta quedará más gustosa.

Emplatado y degustación

Serví el pollo con la cebolla por encima y el resultado fue espectacular. En mi cocina se sentían una mezcla de olores muy deliciosa y peculiar. Mi familia quedó muy complacida con esta receta. Además el pollo quedó muy suave y tierno, lo cual resultó muy agradable al paladar.
Me parece muy positivo y enriquecedor aprender de la cultura culinaria de otros países. Pues cada lugar tiene su propio encanto.
