Who doesn't love pizza! For me it is one of my most favorite fast food. Well, pizza is expensive in my area, so I tried to make it at home and with less budget and it was so delicious, so here I am sharing the recipe with you
To prepare the dough, you will need :
One kilo of flour, a small cup of milk, a small cup of oil, yeast, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar.
To prepare the sauce, we will need:
4 or 5 tomatoes, two tablespoons of olive oil, and spices that include: salt, mint, thyme, cumin, coriander, and pizza flavor.
On top of puzza we will need:
red and green peppers, onions, corn, green and black olives and mozzarella or kashkaval cheese.
Let's..
First we prepare the dough and leave it for a while to ferment and double in size, this is a simple step for everyone, you can prepare the dough at home or buy ready-made dough.
As for the sauce, which gives home pizza its distinctive flavor, we will grate the tomatoes to become this way, I used a manual grater, but you can also use a blender.
When finished, we will put the tomatoes to boil on the fire and then start adding the spices one by one.

_coriander:
I like to add to the sauce a little grated pepper and onion, which gives it an extra delicious taste.
Leave the sauce on a low heat for some time until it takes a more cohesive texture and the juiced water from the tomatoes dries up.
In the meantime, we chop the decorating ingredients. The most beautiful shape is the shape of the rings, I cut the onions in rings well, but the peppers I don't think I managed to cut them into rings perfectly.
As for corn, I boiled corn cob previously and stripped it, this is cheaper than buying canned corn and is healthier, because it does not contain preservatives. I also removed the olives from the seeds inside and it is ready for decoration.
You can add mushrooms too, it's very tasty with pizza but I didn't have it at home, and since I decided to make an economical pizza I was able to dispense with mushrooms this time
After the dough and sauce are ready, we divide the dough into large balls, as one kilo of flour makes about 4 trays of pizza or 3 depending on the thickness of the dough you like.
We spread the dough in the designated trays, then put the sauce on top of it, put the vegetables that we cut previously and put them in the oven.
After about 20 minutes, we take the tray out of the oven, we sprinkle the cheese over it with the amount we want and return it to the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
This is my pizza, it's delicious and successful for a beginner like me, give it a try and bon appetit.
This pizza is fantastic! It reminds me of the pizza we call arabica in our restaurants. I love all the ingredients, I would love to try it. Well done Lara, you did it perfectly! 😊🥰❤️
Thanks my dear, it is a praise that I cherish from a skilled chef like you! 🥰 I think you now have an explanation for calling it like that.😆 Yours will definitely be even better. 🥳😋♥️
very tasty looking pizza!!😋 but as I always say there's no such thing as to much cheese🤣🤣
Thanks 🥰 you might be right but I'm not that type of pizza lover a little bit is enough for me 😆
It looks so much but I will definitely added some chicken in it.
Oh sure! Chicken would be a great addition 😋
I just woke up and saw your post! Guess what I'll be eating in a bit! I wish I had a piece of yours
Looks really yummy and good!
How long did the whole process take?
Seems really easy to make and I’d like to add enough chicken or beef in mine😋
In fact, it wouldn't take much, just wait for the dough to ferment, but it took me a while because the electricity was off.
I wanted a vegetable pizza, but definitely adding chicken or meat would make it even better 💥
Oh that’s great then
All the same, it looks good

Wow, that looks so delicious!!Your sauce especially, I haven't tasted a pizza sauce with mint before, but it sounds very amazing. Nicely done! 🍕🧡
It's actually all about the sauce..you have to try it you won't regret it 🤭
We used to have pizza night every Friday, but getting pizza from the local places has lost its thrill 😮💨 so we haven't had pizza for a couple months.
But trying your recipe would be a good reason to have pizza night at home instead. Thank you for sharing!! 🌱
Always happy to share.. Thank you.🥰
Well, try preparing pizza at home this time, may it brings back some excitement .. Bon appetit ❤️❤️
