I want to share with you a recipe for "Chicken Gizzards Stewed with Potatoes and Carrots" this is a simple, but delicious dish, of Spanish heritage, and widely consumed in much of the Caribbean; the sweetbreads are very tender and combined with a rich sauce and vegetables makes them even more special.
Quiero compartir con ustedes una receta de "Mollejas de pollo guisadas con patatas y zanahorias" este es un platillo sencillo pero delicioso, de herencia española, y muy consumido en gran parte del Caribe; las mollejas son muy tiernas y combinadas con una rica salsa y verduras las hace aún más especiales.
