What could be better than enjoying a tasty homemade bread.
Today I bring you this recipe to compete in Family.
Vamos con los ingredientes:
- 1 Kilo de harina de trigo todo uso.
- 1/2 Taza de aceite.
- 2 Cucharadas de azúcar.
- 1 Cucharada de Sal.
- 300 ml de agua.
- Un sobre de levadura granulada.
(7gramos) - 2 Huevos.
Let's go with the ingredients:
- 1 Kilo of all-purpose wheat flour.
- 1/2 cup of oil.
- 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- 1 tablespoon of salt.
- 300 ml of water.
- An envelope of granulated yeast (7 grams).
- 2 eggs.
** Paso 1:**
Se colocan todos los ingredientes y se procede a amasar. Ya cuando no se pegue se lleva a una mesa para terminar de amasar.
** Step 1:**
Place all the ingredients and proceed to knead. When it does not stick, it is taken to a table to finish kneading.
Paso 2:
Se amasa por aproximadamente 20 minutos y si se pega de la mesa. Se le agrega harina hasta que suelte.
**Step 2
Knead for approximately 20 minutes and if it sticks to the table. Add flour until it loosens
Paso 3:
Transcurrido los 20 minutos. Se coloca la masa en un bold de vidrio engrasado con aceite y se tapa con un pañito de cocina o una bolsa transparente. Se deja reposar por 1 hora y media. Hasta que la masa doble su volumen.
Step 3:
After 20 minutes. Place the dough in a glass bowl greased with oil and cover with a kitchen towel or a transparent bag. Let it rest for 1 hour and a half. Until the dough doubles its volume.
Paso 4:
Una vez pasado la hora y media de crecimiento de la masa. Se lleva a la mesa y se le saca el aire como se muestra en la imagen.
Step 4:
Once the dough has been rising for an hour and a half. It is taken to the table and the air is removed as shown in the image.
Paso 5:
Se divide la masa en partes iguales o se pesa. En este caso lo dividi porque no tengo un peso.
Step 5:
The dough is divided into equal parts or weighed. In this case I divided it because I don't have a weight.
Paso 6:
Una vez cortados en trozos , los colocamos en una bandeja enharinada para que no se peguen los panes. Y se colocan en forma de pan. Redondo o largo de acuerdo a su preferencia en este caso redondos.
Step 6:
Once cut into pieces, we place them on a floured tray so that the breads do not stick. And place in the form of bread. Round or long according to your preference in this case round.
Paso 7:
Se llevan a crecer o leudar por 30 minutos más tapados con un trapo y si es en un lugar cálido mucho mejor. Yo lo coloqué en el horno.
Step 7:
They are taken to rise or leaven for 30 minutes more covered with a cloth and if it is in a warm place much better. I put it in the oven.
Paso 8:
Transcurrido el tiempo de crecimiento, se le abre una abertura o raja con un cuchillo u Hojilla .

Paso 9:
Se lleva al horno por aproximadamente 15 minutos a 180 °, con horno arriba y abajo. Para que tenga mejor cocción.
Step 9:
Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes at 180 °, with the oven up and down. For better cooking.
Paso 10:
Una vez pasado los 15 minutos se sacan del horno y tienes unos deliciosos y hermosos panes.
Step 10:
