Hola a todos mis amigos de esta querida comunidad de @hive, que gusto que estén por acá visitando este rinconcito llamado "El Sazón de Laura", donde encontraran recetas súper fáciles de preparar, económicas y deliciosas. En mi hermoso país Venezuela es temporada de recoger la cosecha de mangos, una fruta tropical típica de los países de América Latina con un clima cálido! Hoy e querido traerles una receta de Torta donde le agregaremos un puré de esta fruta que le dará un sabor único!

Hello to all my friends of this dear community of @hive, what a pleasure to have you here visiting this little corner called "El Sazón de Laura", where you will find super easy to prepare, economical and delicious recipes. In my beautiful country Venezuela it's harvest season for mangos, a tropical fruit typical of Latin American countries with a warm climate! Today I wanted to bring you a cake recipe where we will add a puree of this fruit that will give it a unique flavor!

Ingredientes:

  • 1 1/2 taza de harina de trigo
  • 1 taza de azúcar
  • 2 huevos
  • 1 taza de jugo concentrado de mango
  • 1/2 taza de aceite
  • 1 pizca de sal
  • 2 cucharadas de polvo para hornear

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mango juice concentrate
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of baking powder

Preparación:

  • Colocamos en un bol el aceite, la azúcar y los dos huevos y mezclamos con la ayuda de una batidora eléctrica por unos 5 minutos o hasta que la azúcar se disuelva.

  • Seguidamente con la ayuda de un colador cernimos la harina, la sal y el polvo para hornear el cual iremos agregando poco a poco intercalado con el jugo de mango hasta unir todo y formar una mezcla homogénea.

Preparation:

  • Place the oil, sugar and the two eggs in a bowl and mix with the help of an electric mixer for about 5 minutes or until the sugar dissolves.
  • Then with the help of a sifter we sift the flour, salt and baking powder which we will add little by little, alternating it with the mango juice until everything is united and forms a homogeneous mixture.

  • Seguidamente colocamos la mezcla en un molde engrasado y enharinado y metemos al horno a 180 °C por unos 40 minutos o hasta que introduzcamos un palillo de madera y salga seco, dejamos reposar por unos minutos y desmoldamos.
  • Then place the mixture in a greased and floured mold and bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 40 minutes or until a wooden toothpick is inserted and comes out dry, let stand for a few minutes and remove from the mold.

Y así de deliciosa y esponjosa queda esta Torta de Mago, ideal para acompañarla con una taza de Café con leche!

And this is how delicious and fluffy this Torta de Mago is, ideal to accompany it with a cup of Café con leche!

En este rinconcito puedes encontrar recetas fáciles, económicas pero sobre todo riquísimas, la idea es que las puedas hacer con ingredientes que tengas en casa y que puedas disfrutar en familia, esta deliciosa Torta de Mango queda espectacular, puedes sustituir el jugo de Mango por otra fruta de tu preferencia, o simplemente por leche y el resultado será el mismo! Anímate y prepárala!
