Hey dear foodies friends. Today I am going to make egg lababdaar.
Ingredients
6 boiled eggs and cut into 2 parts.
Chopped onion 3
Boil 3 tomatoes with cashewnut 7-8 garlic 5-6 cloves, ginger 1/2 inch clove 3-4 after boiling peel the tomatoes and chern all these in grinder.
Now take a pan put 2 tablespoons edible oil put 2 bay leaves and chopped onions and sauté now add tomato paste in it and sauté it for 3-4 minutes now add salt turmeric and red chilly powder and garam masala in it now add 1/2glass water after 1st boil add eggs in it now cover it for 7-8 minutes with lid. Now garnish it with corriender leaves and grated white part of egg and serve hot.
