Hoy ha sido un día de antojos, un antojito de tostones, para comenzar la mañana, comencemos.
INGREDIENTES
Plátano verde
Superficie plana para aplastarlo
Queso
Abundante aceite
Plásticos
Comenzamos, pelando el plátano Verde, y lo picamos de 20 cm, mientras colocamos abundante aceite a calentar, tan pronto éste caliente agregamos los trozos de plátanos al sartén, cuando vemos que está comenzando a dorar, lo sacamos y dejamos enfriar.
Colocamos un plástico de superficie plana y lo aplastamos el plátano previamente freido con un plato y otro material plano, y lo freímos nuevamente, hasta que este doradito.
Le agregamos sal y Le podemos agregar queso o el contorno que quieras, con sus respectivas salsas tradicionales a tu gusto
