'You're Not You When You're Hungry' - Snickers
We were on our way home last night when I saw a ramen store that isn't located inside the mall, it was set-up at the side of the street!
This is the counter where you can order because the tables don't have menu. it's pay first before you can eat policy.
We ordered Tonkotsu Hakata Ramen 109PHP ( $2.13) , Shoyu Ramen 99PHP ($1.94), tempura 90PHP ( $1.76) and Cucumber juice 25PHP $0.49. the price was a bargain!
The Cucumber juice was served first
It was served on a plastic bottle.
you need to be careful with the table since it's only plastic.
This is Tonkotsu Hakata Ramen
The broth is thick and sweet I really like the broth, the noodles is cooked perfectly well! as I took every sip of the broth and noodles I can feel the explosion of flavours in my mouth, the meat was so soft that I wanted to eat it with some rice!.
This is Shoyu Ramen
The broth tastes like beef soup it's not that creamy and thick its a little sweet, my cousin added some chili powder so that it will be spicy.
The Tempura
The Tempura has a pepper taste and it came with a free mojos!
The ramen store was amazing, we were expecting less since it was not an expensive ramen restaurant but the taste surely took me to Japan!
I love those!!!
