My dad's homemade ice cream isn't just a delicious treat; it's a family legacy, a testament to hard work, and a surprisingly successful social media venture. It all started with a simple recipe, passed down (though he won't tell me where from!), and a passion for creating creamy, flavorful ice cream that's unlike anything you'll find in a store.

Each tub is crafted with love, using only the freshest ingredients. We've perfected a few signature flavors that have become local favorites: the tangy sweetness of Mango Graham, the vibrant purple and unique taste of Ube, the classic richness of Chocolate, the irresistible Cookies and Cream, and the refreshing simplicity of Strawberry. These aren't just flavors; they're memories in every scoop.

But our little ice cream business wasn't always so bustling. It began humbly, with Dad pedaling his bicycle through our neighborhood, his trusty ice cream tubs strapped to the back. Word-of-mouth spread quickly, fueled by the sheer deliciousness of his creations. People would eagerly await his arrival, their faces lighting up at the sight of his colorful bicycle laden with frozen delights.

Then came the Facebook page. We started posting pictures of the ice cream, highlighting the vibrant colors and enticing textures. The photos spoke for themselves – creamy swirls, perfectly incorporated mix-ins, and that irresistible glossy sheen. The posts weren't just about selling ice cream; they were about sharing a story, a family tradition, a bit of our lives. The response was incredible! Orders started pouring in through Facebook messages, each one a small victory in our growing ice cream adventure.

Now, we offer two sizes: a generous 6.5-gallon tub for 2000 pesos and a slightly smaller 4.5-gallon tub for 1600 pesos. While the bicycle still makes occasional appearances (mostly for fun!), we've streamlined our delivery system to meet the growing demand. It's been a whirlwind journey, full of unexpected twists and turns. We've learned to manage orders, handle deliveries, and even deal with the occasional unexpected surge in popularity.

What started as a simple hobby has blossomed into something much bigger. It's a testament to the power of a good recipe, a little bit of social media savvy, and a whole lot of family love. More than just selling ice cream, we're selling an experience, a taste of home, and a connection to our community. And that, I think, is the sweetest ingredient of all. So, if you ever find yourself in our neighborhood, keep an eye out for the ice cream bicycle.
