Good day Hivers! How's breakfast? Let's prepare a viand that would only take us 30 minutes to prepare with a low-cost budget for its ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast (Fillet)
- Ham
- Cheese
- Bread Crumbs
- Salt, Pepper and Sugar
- Flour
- Egg
Cut our chicken meat, removing its bones.
Then smither for faster absorption of the seasonings and easier cooking process.
Sprinkle the seasonings, the salt, pepper, and sugar depending on your taste.
So here are our ham and cheese.
Top the chicken fillet with the sliced ham and cheese. Then, start rolling the the meat from one end to another.
Make sure that it is tightly rolled and use toothpick to fasten the end of the meat to keep it from rolling back.
Coat it with flour, followed by egg, then breadcrumbs.
So here it is after the coating process.
In a pan, heat an amount of oil enough for frying.
Cook for about 5-6 minutes each side.
Wait until it completely turns to golden brown.
Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to drain the excess oil and also to cool the melted cheese inside.
And here is our finished product!
Chicken Cordon Bleu ❣
Enjoy eating and share with your loved ones.! ❣

Your cordon bleu looks really good and tasty. This is actually one of my favorite comfort food.
When did you remove the toothpicks? upon coating it or before frying?
