Ingredients:
- ½ kg tilapia
- 3 stalks of pechay or Chinese cabbage
- 1 bowl of coconut milk
- salt
- ginger, minced
- tomatoes, minced
- onions, minced
- 2 pcs of long chili, minced
Mix the ginger, tomatoes, onions, and long chili in a bowl and sprinkle salt.
Slice the top surface of the fish and insert the mixed spices.
I completed three.
In a casserole, arrange the pechay or chinese cabbage just like shown in the picture. Save some of the chinese cabbage for the topping.
Pour the seasoned fishes and also pour the remaining spices.
Now add the reserved chinese cabbage on top, covering all the fish and its spices.
Now pour a bowl of coconut milk and add the minced long chili.
Cover the lid and cook for 15-20 minutes.
And here is our finished product! 😉❣
