Hola amigos espero estén muy bien. En ésta oportunidad les voy a mostrar como hacer una deliciosa carne mechada ideal para almuerzos o para usar como relleno de diversas recetas como empanadas pasteles, entre otras. Comencemos.
Hello friends, I hope you are very well. In this opportunity I am going to show you how to make a delicious carne mechada ideal for lunches or to use as a filling for various recipes such as empanadas pies, among others. Let's start.
Ingredientes:
• 1 Kg de carne para mechar
• 2 dientes de ajo
• 2 cebollas
• 1/2 pimenton
• 2 Ajies dulces.
• Salsa de soya
• Sal
• Orégano
• Perejil
• Cilantro
• Curry
• Pimienta
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of meat for larding
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 onions
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 2 sweet chili peppers.
- Soy sauce
- Salt
- Oregano
- Parsley
- Cilantro
- Curry
- Pepper
Primero vamos a ablandar la carne, para ello vamos a necesitar una olla, le colocaremos agua hasta la mitad, añadimos la carne, luego le agregamos una cebolla entera picada en 4 pedazos, varias ramitas de perejil y cilantro, una cucharada pequeña de sal y dejamos a temperatura alta por un largo período hasta que la carne ablande y se pueda desmenuzar suavemente.
First we are going to tenderize the meat, for this we are going to need a pot, we will put water up to half, add the meat, then we add a whole onion chopped in 4 pieces, several sprigs of parsley and cilantro, a small spoonful of salt and leave it at high temperature for a long period until the meat softens and can be crumbled smoothly.
Al estar lista la carne la colocamos en un recipiente y desmenuzamos poco a poco en pequeños hilos. Esto se puede hacer con los dedos o con dos tenedores.
When the meat is ready, place it in a bowl and shred it little by little in small threads. This can be done with the fingers or with two forks.
Luego de tener la carne totalmente desmenuzada picamos los vegetales y reservamos en un plato para tenerlos listo para sofreir.
Once the meat is completely shredded, chop the vegetables and reserve them in a plate ready to fry.
En un sarten suficientemente grande con un poco de aceite y a una temperatura media vamos a sofreir primero las cebollas, luego el ají y seguido el pimentón, removemos con una paleta de madera para que no se queme o pegue.
In a sufficiently large frying pan with a little oil and at a medium temperature we are going to fry first the onions, then the chili bell pepper and then the paprika, stir with a wooden paddle so that it does not burn or stick.
Ahora vamos a condimentamos los vegetales , le agregamos 1/4 de cucharada pequeña de sal, media cucharada pequeña de curry, 1/2 cucharada grande de orégano, 2 dientes de ajos triturados, una cucharada de salsa de soya y pimienta al gusto, removemos durante todo el proceso.
Now we are going to season the vegetables, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of curry, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, a tablespoon of soy sauce and pepper to taste, stir throughout the process.
Agregamos la carne al sarten junto a los vegetales y mezclamos todo para también sofreir la carne, le agregamos una cucharda mas de salsa de soya.
Add the meat to the frying pan with the vegetables and mix everything to also fry the meat, add one more tablespoon of soy sauce.
Ahora le colocamos media taza de agua a la carne y mas sal al gusto mezclamos nuevamente y dejamos guisar hasta que el agua se consuma completamente.
Now add half a cup of water to the meat and more salt to taste, mix again and let it cook until the water is completely consumed.
Servimos y así quedaria nuestra carne mechada, espero les haya gustado saludos.
