Hoy traigo de nuevo una receta de Galletas, en esta oportunidad son con chispas de chocolate y son una delicia, quedan doraditas y crujientes, espero y disfruten está elaboración y se atrevan a realizarla.

INGREDIENTES

🍪 1 Kilo Y 200 gr de Harina de trigo
🍪 500 gr de margarina
🍪 600 gr de azúcar
🍪 3 huevos
🍪 1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla
🍪 1 cucharada de bicarbonato de sodio
🍪 100 gr de gotas de Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

🍪 1 kilo and 200 gr of wheat flour
🍪 500 gr of margarine
🍪 600 gr of sugar
🍪 3 eggs
🍪 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
🍪 1 tablespoon baking soda
🍪 100 gr of Chocolate drops

Ahora comenzamos pesando los ingredientes, así ya tienes todo preparado y queden excelente estás galletas. En un tazón colocamos las margarina y con una paleta de madera la suavizamos, cuando ya se observa cremosa, agregamos poco a poco el azúcar, continuamos mezclando hasta que estén bien integradas.

Seguidamente es momento de agregar los huevos y seguir mezclando. Tomamos una cuchara de esencia de vainilla y se la colocamos. Es tiempo que empecemos a colocar la harina de trigo en varias partes, vamos mezclando y se observa que la masa va compactando más hasta que se acaba la harina, se debe dejar como 100 gr para el amasado.

It is time that we begin to place the wheat flour in several parts, we are mixing and it is observed that the mass is compacting more until the flour is finished, it should be left as 100 gr for the kneading.

Ya cuando esté mezclado bien agregamos las chispas de chocolate para que se vayan integrandose, dejamos un poco de chispas para colocar encima de las galletas, antes de meter a el horno. Debemos amasar con suavidad hasta que la masa este moldeable.

When it is mixed well, add the chocolate chips so that they integrate, leave a little bit of chips to place on top of the cookies, before putting them in the oven. We must knead gently until the dough is moldable.

La masa ya lista la debemos llevar a el congelador por 20 minutos en unas bolsas plásticas. Ya pasados el tiempo está masa tendrá mejor consistencia.

Es momento de hacer las galletas, lo que más me gusta es que no necesitas molde, solo hacer una bolas y colocarlas con cierta separación en un bandeja, puedes colocar dos o tres chispas encima de la bolita de masa y llevarlas al horno precalentado a 350 grados por 25 minutos y estarán listas para degustar. Con esta preparación salieron 50 galletas, si deseas hacer la mitad de las cantidades, ya sabrás cuántas aproximadamente tendrás.
