Feliz Día amigos de Hive. Blog. El día de hoy me propuse un reto. Tengo años de repostera, siendo autodidacta en esta área. Realizo diferentes pasteles para toda ocasión, panadería, entre tantas cosas. Sin embargo hay una torta que siempre me ha costado, hay veces sale bien hay veces que no. Por eso hoy me reto yo misma a realizar la torta imposible. No es más que una torta combinada con quesillo, también la podemos conocer como Choco-flan.

However, there is a cake that has always been difficult for me, sometimes it turns out well, sometimes it doesn't. So today I challenge myself to make the impossible cake. It is nothing more than a cake combined with cheese, we can also know it as Choco-flan.

Los ingredientes del quesillo o flan son:

✔3 Huevos
✔1 taza de azúcar
✔1 taza de leche en polvo
✔Esencia de vainilla o nata

The ingredients of the cheese or flan are:

✔3 eggs
✔1 cup of sugar
✔ 1 cup of powdered milk
✔ of vanilla or cream.

Los ingredientes de la torta son:

✔ 1 taza de Harina de trigo
✔1 Taza de Azúcar
✔1/2 taza de cacao en polvo
✔1/2 taza de leche líquida
✔1/4 taza de aceite
✔ 1/2 taza café líquido
✔1 cucharadita de canela molida
✔1 cucharada de polvo de hornear
✔1 huevo

The ingredients of the cake are:

✔ 1 cup of wheat flour
✔1 Cup of Sugar
✔1 / 2 cup cocoa powder
✔1 / 2 cup fluid milk
✔1 / 4 cup oil
✔ 1/2 cup liquid coffee
✔1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
✔1 tablespoon baking powder

Bueno acompáñenme a ver como la realicé, lo primero que se hace es la parte del quesillo, colocando en la licuadora los huevos, el azúcar, la leche , la esencia y una taza de agua. Se licua a velocidad máxima.

Posteriormente en un molde, en este caso pequeño coloque 6 cucharadas de azúcar al fuego medio, para realizar el caramelo. Hay que tener mucho cuidado de que no se queme y de no quemarse uno, ya que es algo peligroso este tipo de quemadura. al observar que comienza a tomar un color ámbar y se disuelve el azúcar movemos para que todo el molde se cubra, se deja enfriar.

Lo que tenemos en la licuadora, lo colocamos en el molde donde esta el caramelo. Se pone una bandeja más grande con agua (Baño de María) y se lleva al horno por 30 minutos aproximadamente. Debemos ver si se endurece la mezcla un poco.

What we have in the blender, we place it in the mold where the caramel is. Put a larger tray with water (Bain Marie) and take it to the oven for approximately 30 minutes. We must see if the mixture hardens a bit.

Mientras esta mezcla va al horno, preparamos la torta. Primero uniendo todo lo seco, harina, azúcar, cacao, canela y polvo de hornear.

While this mixture is in the oven, we prepare the cake. First joining everything dry, flour, sugar, cocoa, cinnamon and baking powder.

Luego le incorporamos los líquidos, leche, aceite, huevo y el café. mezclándolo hasta que se integren.

Then we add the liquids, milk, oil, egg and coffee. mixing it until they are integrated.

Sacamos del horno el molde y al ver que esta el quesillo semiduro le vaciamos la mezcla, continuamos horneando por 45 minutos más.

We remove the mold from the oven and when we see that the semi-hard cheese is there, we empty the mixture, we continue baking for 45 more minutes.

Al observar después del tiempo que introduces un palillo y esta seco, ya esta lista. Sacamos y dejamos reposar un poco para desmoldar. No esperen que enfrié, se recomienda que sea tibio. Y listo así quedo mi torta. Super emocionada supere mi reto, se ve perfecta y de sabor indescriptible. Los invito a que la hagan, sin temor alguno les quedará genial.

Te quedó genial, una torta imposible que no se hizo imposible jejeje👏👏.... La hice hace años por un vídeo de Youtube, pero nunca he hecho el quesillo de la manera como explicas, siempre lo he hecho con leche condensada y la medida de esta... Gracias por el dato y compartir!! 😉
