In a saucepan, I mixed 150 g of sugar. Cook over medium heat, without stirring, until the sugar dissolves and turns golden in color. This will take about 5-10 minutes. Once the caramel is ready, I quickly pour it into the greased mold, covering the bottom evenly. Do this step very carefully, since the caramel will be very hot.

Once the bread has absorbed the mixture, I poured everything into the mold over the caramel. And I proceeded to preheat the oven to 180 °C for 5 minutes. Once preheated, place my cake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and to check if it is ready, insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean, our dessert is ready. Let it cool and carefully turn it out onto a plate. The caramel will pour over the cake, creating a delicious glaze.
