Welcome to my blog
Bienvenidos a mi blog
Happy Monday to everyone, I'm here at home and wanting to rest these days I have off. Today I share with you a sweet snack that I made to share with my children and nephews who came to visit, to play carnival with their friends. Since I had some ripe bananas, I wanted to prepare these sweet fritters, to combine with a cup of coffee. As long as we have these bananas well ripe and so that they do not get lost, this recipe is a good option.
Ingredients
2 very ripe bananas
3 tablespoons of sugar
150 grams of wheat flour
Vanilla to taste
Soybean oil for frying
Ingredientes
2 plátanos bien maduros
3 cucharadas de azúcar
150 gramos de harina de trigo
Vainilla al gusto
Aceite de soya para freír
Preparation
Preparación
Step 1
Paso 1
The first thing to do is to grate the banana with a cheese grater on the coarse side.
Step 2
Paso 2
Place the 150 grams of wheat flour and the ripe banana peel in a plastic container.
Step 3
Paso 3
Then add the three tablespoons of sugar and vanilla to taste. The sugar is optional since the banana is sweet, you can leave it out. In my case, I added the three tablespoons and proceeded to stir.
Step 4
Paso 4
With a spoon I took a portion of the dough and placed it in the oil, previously heated. I did not shape the fritters, as I placed the mixture they were formed. I let them brown on both sides and then put sugar on top of each one.

Saludos
Oh, wow! This is what I usually buy for snacks every afternoon. It's a whole banana, sliced like a fan, dipped in a flour batter, and then fried. It's so delicious! In fact, I'm going to walk to buy some banana fritters right now. When I come back, I'll show you what I got.
It is too rich these fritters. Regards
