Today I bring you a practical and quick recipe; it is also very healthy since it is vegetarian. Garlic fried mushrooms. I particularly like the flavor of garlic in my recipes, so this preparation has that flavor in combination with vegetables such as red onion; which gives a very nice color to the dish when it is served. In this opportunity the mushrooms I use are canned; but you can buy the natural ones and make this recipe that will have the same flavor whether canned or natural. Well I show you in a few steps this practical recipe.

Hoy les traigo una receta práctica y rápida; además es muy saludable ya que es vegetariana. Champiñones fritos al ajillo. Particularmente me gusta mucho el sabor del ajo en mis recetas, así que está preparación tiene ese sabor en combinación con vegetales como cebolla morada; que le da un color muy bonito al plato cuando es servido. En esta oportunidad los champiñones que utilizo son en lata; pero pueden comprar los naturales y realizar esta receta que tendrá el mismo sabor así sea en lata o natural. Bueno te muestro en pocos pasos está práctica receta.

Ingredients

Can of mushrooms
1 small red onion
1 sprig of cilantro
5 cloves of garlic
Oil for frying
1 tablespoon vinegar
Salt to taste

1 cebolla morada pequeña
1 rama de cilantro
5 dientes de ajo
Aceite para freír
1 cucharada de vinagre
Sal al gusto

I started by opening the can, removing the water and placing the mushrooms on a plate, to proceed to cut.

Comencé abriendo la lata, quitando el agua y colocar los champiñones en plato, para proceder a cortar.

Paso 2

Place the mushrooms with a little oil so that they brown a little. Then place the garlic so that it will begin to have flavor. Add salt to taste and the sliced onions. Stir to integrate the flavors.

Coloque los champiñones con un poco de aceite para que los mismos se doren un poco. Posteriormente coloque los ajos para que comenzará a tener sabor. Sal al gusto y las cebollas cortadas en rodajas. Removí para integrar los sabores.

Now add the finely chopped cilantro and combine all the ingredients, cook for 3 more minutes and set aside.

Ahora coloque el cilantro finamente cortado y uni todo los ingredientes, dejé en cocción 3 minutos más y reserve.
