One of the proteins that I like the most in my home is chicken and if it is in milanesas, even more so. Today I pleased my daughter who likes mustard very much and wanted me to prepare the chicken milanesas with this ingredient that I really rarely use in chicken. But I know that it gives a very tasty touch of flavor. I also wanted to incorporate aromatic oregano leaves. This is a preparation that can be combined with many toppings of your preference. I show you this simple and quick preparation.

Una de las proteínas que más gusta en mi hogar es el pollo y si es en milanesas más todavía. Hoy complaci a mi hija que le gusta mucho la mostaza y quería que preparara las milanesas de pollo con este ingrediente que realmente muy poco uso en pollo. Pero se que le da un toque de sabor muy sabroso. Quise además incorporar hojas aromáticas de orégano. Está es una preparación que sirve para combinar con muchos contornos de tu preferencia. Te muestro esta sencilla y rápida preparación.

Salt to taste
Dried oregano leaves
Wheat flour
Soybean oil for frying

First wash the 500 grams of milanesa very well and season with salt and oregano. Once both ingredients are combined, add the mustard to taste. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Primero lave muy bien los 500 gramos de milanesa y sazone con sal y orégano. Una vez que uno ambos ingredientes; coloque encima la mostaza al gusto. Deje reposar por 10 minutos.

Then I took the wheat flour and added salt to taste and a little oregano leaves, and then floured each of the chicken milanesas.

Posteriormente tome la harina de trigo y agregué sal al gusto y un poco de hojas de orégano, para luego enharinar cada una de las milanesas de pollo.

In a frying pan place soybean oil and let it heat up and then add the Milanese and wait for them to brown on both sides.

En un sartén coloque aceite de soya y dejé que se caliente para luego incorporar las milanesas y esperar a qué se doren por ambos lados.

These chicken milanesas with mustard and oregano can be combined as you wish. This preparation can even be used to make a delicious sandwich or combined with vegetables. You choose the option of your contour. As for the flavor, I thought it was going to be acidic because of the mustard, but it is not. It really has a very rich flavor.

Estás milanesas de pollo con mostaza y orégano puedes combinar como mejor lo desees. Está preparación puede servir hasta para realizar un delicioso sándwich o combinar con vegetales. Tu eliges la opción de tu contorno. En cuanto a sabor , pensé que me iba a quedar ácido por la mostaza pero no es así. Realmente queda con un sabor muy rico.
