Vegetables always give us options to combine and get good results in our kitchen. Today I share with you some vegetarian meatballs. I have always made meatballs but with protein, either chicken or beef. But this option is ideal for those who like vegetables or are vegetarians. It really is a delicious option; and even more if we combine it with a sweet tomato sauce. I show you this preparation.

Los vegetales siempre nos dan opción para combinar y obtener buenos resultados en nuestra cocina. Hoy les comparto unas albóndigas vegetarianas. Siempre he realizado albóndigas pero de proteínas, ya sea de pollo o carne. Pero está opción es ideal para aquellos que les gusta mucho los vegetales o son vegetarianos. Realmente es una deliciosa opción; y más si la combinamos con una dulce salsa de tomate. Te muestro esta preparación.

Ingredients

100 grams of shredded white cabbage
1 small grated carrot
1 small onion
1/2 bell pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoons of wheat flour
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
Oil for frying

Once the mixture is ready, take portions and form small balls and roll them in wheat flour. With this mixture, 6 meatballs are obtained.

Una vez lista la mezcla, tome porciones y forme bolitas que pase por harina de trigo. Con esta mezcla salieron 6 albóndigas.

Fry until golden brown on all sides. Cooking should be over low heat, so that they cook well.

Lleve a sofreír,hasta ver dorar por todos lados. La cocción debe ser a fuego bajo, para que se cocinen bien.

A delicious vegetarian option that tastes great. And as I said you can combine it with a good sauce. I hope you like it.
