Hello friends of hive, I hope you are well and always have a reason to smile. This time I dare to share more than a recipe, a memory of a nice moment. It is strange that in my family we decide to buy ready meals, since they are very demanding and like me, they have a not normal appetite, so on the weekend we decided to make some choripanes. Specifically 2 for each of them. Yes, I know they will be thinking it's a lot but we can't help it.
For this we bought some delicious breads with oregano, I love that special flavor of this aromatic spice that helps to deflate.
3 chorizos ahumados y 3 chorizos de ajo.
200gr. de papitas rayadas.
Salsa tártara.
Salsa de queso cheddar.
Salsa rosada.
200gr. De queso blanco.
In addition to the breads with oregano we will need:
3 smoked sausages and 3 garlic sausages.
200gr. of shredded potatoes.
Tartar sauce
Cheddar cheese sauce.
Pink sauce.
200gr. Of white cheese.
Sauté the chorizos. Once this is done, open the breads in half and place them in the toaster to give it a special touch. Place the breads to add the previously chopped chorizos, this to taste the two types. On top place the cheese, the chips and the 3 sauces of your choice.
You will say what is so Victorian about this recipe because the excess sauce, for the natives of La Victoria Aragua is never enough sauce. Thank you for coming here and joining me. If you have a variation of the recipe, write it in the comments.
I bet they must have been delicious. And that bread looked really yummy😆. I have a thing for bread
Así es, su olor es inigualable. El orégano despierta el apetito
