You tried it at last!! It's a pity that you didn't enjoy it as much as you could have.
There are really no set rules on hot pot ingredients, whatever you fancy eating. And things will never be uncooked because if they're not done yet just throw it back in the pot for a few more minutes (maybe not good etiquette if you're friends but perfectly acceptable with family)
They should have given you a small laddle to hold the noodles, that way they won't swim in the hot pot.
I hope you have a better experience if you have a chance to try it again
The experience was good overall but I'm sure the next one will be better ;)
There was a small laddle but I think it was our fault that we dropped the noodles in the pot and didn't hold them with the laddle to cook them and then it was difficult to get the noodles out, especially the thin ones. With the Udon there was no problem.
I hope there will be a next time and try more things.
