I've never eaten Kimchi, so I looked at your earlier post, it looks delicious. Your Chinese cabbage grew beautifully, an excellent harvest for sure!
I look forward to seeing the results when you cook these. Great idea to freeze them!

Thanks Lizelle, I love making my own Kimchi and I did already make a soup with them, but forgot to take a photo. Perhaps when I try frying them, ;-) I never think of putting recipes in the Vegan community. I will have to try to remember that in the future.
