Y es que siempre queremos saciar un antojo, sobre todo en esas tardes que la ansiedad ataca. Una sencilla receta ideal ahora que los chamos estarán de vacaciones, con pocos ingredientes y lo mejor en 5 minuticos lista.

And we always want to satisfy a craving, especially in those afternoons when anxiety attacks. An ideal simple recipe now that the kids will be on vacation, with few ingredients and the best in 5 minutes ready.

INGREDIENTES:
Un paquete de oreo (4 unidades)
150 ml de leche líquida fría
4 bolitas de helado de vainilla ó chocolate
crema batida o crema chantilly (opcional)

INGREDIENTS:
One packet of oreo (4 units)
150 ml of cold liquid milk
4 balls of vanilla or chocolate ice cream
whipped cream or chantilly cream (optional)

PREPARACIÓN:
Triturar las galletas en la licuadora o un procesador; sino con un maso darle unos golpecitos; cuidando siempre de dejar unos trozos enteros.
Unir en la licuadora el helado, la leche fría y las galletas trituradas, batir hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
Dejar la mezcla espesa; pues las merengadas deben tener esa consistencia; pero si la prefiere más líquida puede agregar más leche.
Servir la merengada en un vaso y decorarlo por encima con la crema batida o chantilly y trozos de galleta oreo. También pueden colocarle encima un brownie y bolas de helado del sabor que deseen.

PREPARATION:
Blend cookies in blender or food processor; but with a mallet to tap it; always taking care to leave a few whole pieces.
Combine the ice cream, cold milk and crushed cookies in the blender, beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Leave the mixture thick; Well, the meringues must have that consistency; but if you prefer it more liquid you can add more milk.
Serve the meringue in a glass and decorate it on top with the whipped cream or chantilly and pieces of oreo cookie. They can also top it with a brownie and ice cream scoops of any flavor they like.
