Everyone knows that phosphorus is very good for human body and that's why I suggest to cook fish in batter today.
And so I start you can write down.
To begin with, I take a kilogram of fish fillets perch, cod, salmon does not matter, it all depends on your taste preferences. Then I cut the fish into portions, pepper and salt it and put it in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
While the fish marinates, I start preparing the batter. For this I take a deep bowl and pour into it 4 tablespoons of flour and 3 spoons of starch. Then I add 200 milliliters of milk, mix well and add a teaspoon of salt, pepper and three egg whites, then beat everything with a mixer.
The cooking process did not take me much time. I took the prepared fish out of the fridge, dipped both sides in the batter and put it in a frying pan heated with sunflower oil and then fried both sides. That's all that's left to decorate the dish with spices and serve. I assure you that everyone will be satisfied.
