VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL
Saludos para tod@s, el día de hoy les cuento la experiencia que tuve con el bautizo de mi sobrino-nieto Jesús Ángel, un niño de 9 años muy especial y hermoso.
El sábado 17 de junio del año en curso fue el bautizo de Jesús Ángel, a las 9 de la mañana, en la iglesia San Maturín, ubicada en el sector Doña Menca de la parroquia boquerón del municipio Maturín del Estado Monagas.
Jesús Ángel escogió a sus padrinos, por cierto, mi hijo amado José Gregorio tuvo el honor de ser el padrino y la madrina fue la sugar mami como llaman a la prima de Angélica, quien es la madre de Jesús Ángel.
En el desarrollo de una bonita y significativa misa por el mensaje que ofreció, el párroco, trascendió el evento gratamente.
Para complacer a Jesús Ángel le preparé una rica torta de chocolate con mi receta favorita, la cual, compartió ese día en la tarde con sus amiguitos.
Acá les dejo la receta por si gustan prepararla.
Ingredientes:
- 400 grs de harina leudante
- 100 grs de chocolate en polvo
- 500 grs de azúcar
- 4 huevos
- 500 ML de leche
- 2 cucharadas de vinagre
- 2 cucharaditas de bicarbonato
- 2 cucharadas de vainilla
- 1/4 de cucharadita de sal
- 1/4 de cucharadita de canela en polvo
- 1 y 1/2 tazas de aceite (el de su preferencia)
Preparación:
En un bol grande cernir o tamizar todos los ingredientes secos.
Incorporar a la leche el vinagre, vainilla y aceite - Separar las yemas de las claras de huevos.
En el bol donde tienes los ingredientes secos incorpora poco a poco y ve mezclando los líquidos junto a las yemas de huevos.
Bate las claras de huevos a punto de nieve o suspiro e incorpora con movimientos envolventes a la mezcla de la torta, este paso es para airear la mezcla.
Vierte en un molde de 30 centímetros de diámetro y hornea a temperatura media durante 50 minutos.
Pasado el tiempo requerido, introduce un palito de altura, si sale seco la torta estará lista.
Retira del horno y deja enfriar, espero les guste.

Greetings to all, today I tell you the experience I had with the baptism of my grandnephew Jesus Angel, a very special and beautiful 9 year old boy.
On Saturday June 17 of this year was the baptism of Jesus Angel, at 9 am, in the San Maturin church, located in the Doña Menca sector of the Boqueron parish in the municipality of Maturin, Monagas State.
Jesus Angel chose his godparents, by the way, my beloved son Jose Gregorio had the honor of being the godfather and the godmother was the sugar mami as they call Angelica's cousin, who is the mother of Jesus Angel.

To please Jesus Angel I prepared him a delicious chocolate cake with my favorite recipe, which he shared that day in the afternoon with his friends.
Here is the recipe in case you would like to prepare it.
Ingredients:
- 400 grams of leavening flour
- 100 grams of powdered chocolate
- 500 grams of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 500 ml of milk
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda * 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of powdered cinnamon
- 1 and 1/2 cups of oil (the one of your preference)
Preparation:
In a large bowl sift or sift all the dry ingredients.
Add the vinegar, vanilla and oil to the milk - Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
In the bowl where you have the dry ingredients incorporate little by little and go mixing the liquids together with the egg yolks.
Beat the egg whites until stiff or sigh and incorporate with enveloping movements to the cake mixture, this step is to aerate the mixture.
Pour into a 30-centimeter diameter mold and bake at medium temperature for 50 minutes.
After the required time, insert a height stick, if it comes out dry, the cake is ready.
Remove from the oven and let it cool, I hope you like it.
