I have never eaten pho, I have seen LUISITO COMUNICA a well-known influencer who uploads travel ideas, he eats the way you say, with chopsticks, and at the end he drinks the broth directly from the container, this man gives his opinion on the food and rates it with a 10, excellent rating and adds that the people who make it put love into the dish, an ingredient that makes the flavor much more pleasant.
I have not eaten it but I have this reference and now yours, a good motivation in my opinion, both enjoyed it and this already makes me think about its delicious flavor
