Chili oil ramen is recent ramen hacks that you can find on tiktok or even youtube. It's really delicious and I thought I can share the way I make this ramen. What I like about the ramen is that it is low calorie. Obviously it is not nutrient dense but it's good cheat meal day.
I find myself usually just eating something light during the day and ramen for dinner. I love how the soup is refreshing but this ramen will be served without soup. Generally you have to use Shin ramyun but if you don't have it, you can have any ramyun or noodles available. This time, I am using ramyun from arirang.
Steps
First you have to take the seasoning packets and put it into a bowl.
Second add chili flakes/powder into the mixture, sesame oil and also chopped spring onion and also garlic mashed.
Third heat up one tablespoon of oil
Fourth after the oil is heated, pour into the bowl (love the sizzling sound)and stir with the other mixture
Fifth Serve the cooked noodle and add egg on top of it along with sesame seed and extra spring onion.
Enjoy while it's hot!
My Note :
These days I try to stick for 60 minutes to 120 minutes workout/day. I do it 6 times/week. Usually I like to go to gym and swimming right away but it's really making me tired the next day and made me too lazy to go to gym. So, I just stik to one exercise (gym or swimming). Swimming seems to be my less focus because I am cutting. I needed to run a lot on treadmill and also building my muscle on the way. It's really not easy especially these yesterday I was with Ray and he made me train intensely. Meanwhile today is my cardio day and tomorrow is going to be cardio day as well. Then on Friday i will do a bit of strenght workout and also swimming.
I also read in my gym place that there are some people losing 30kg in 3 months. Considering the amount it's really awesome. Today I almost fell into laziness and unwillingness to go but I persisted and went to the gym. I know that some days are going to be like this but I have to persist.
I am telling myself that it's okay to suffer for 3 months. I have to hustle otherwise my life would stay the same. I also heard a song today that the lyrics goes like this, " if it's easy then I don't deserve it."
These days I also started eating less and less. I generally eat less but nowadays, it's really a bit more less. Wish me luck on this journey and I'll show the result in 3 months from now.
