Recreating Cafe Dishes - Cooking with Mom at Home

Hey everyone!

This time, I am trying to show my mom the food that I had at cafe which become some of my favorites. In the video, my mom helps me with frying the chicken because I need to hold the camera :D

This is my take on the butter chicken but since we have leftover teriyaki sauces, we ended up using it to marinade the chicken. This is great meal for lunch and I also found a personal new favorite way to top my rice which is with dried basil.
Also, I am finally using my portable stove and it's a lot fun cooking on it. Most of my cooking are pretty simple and often cafe-like,so this time around that's what I'll be mostly cook. I might also recreate some of my older menu and making it better like my scampi that used to be my favorite.
