This is the recipe I dig. It's easy and something I am more familiar with 🤣. The seasoning is so simple as well. Typically in asian households, the recipes are so complex and rich of spices yet somehow I am a plain kinda person. So, this recipe is something doable for me and something I'd love. I am sure that this could work with any meat, right?

I imagine any meat works, yeah. I've yet to try with any other, but I don't see why it wouldn't. :D I see what you mean. I love a lot of Asian recipes but man, that's a day project!
