Greetings my fellow foodie lovers,
What's up Hivers? I think everything are OK from your side. Of course, many people are love to eat prawns dishes. There are so many recipes available for preparing prawns since our home or restaurants. According to the Hive blockchain I already shared various recipes using prawns. My loving daughter seriously love to eat them. When we prepred prawns contained dish, she requested from us please give me at least one prawn. Finally she had finished at least half of dish. Today we had prepare another prawn dish with more spices. It enhance the taste of dish.
Ingredients required
- 250 grams of well cleared prawns
- Tablespoon of tamarind juice
- A little bit oil
- Two chopped green chili pods
- A little bit of curry leaves
- Chopped tomatoes
- A little mustard seeds
- One and a half cups of coconut milk
- Two teaspoons of coriander powder
- Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- A teaspoon of pepper powder
- A teaspoon of fennel
- Four dried chilli pods
- Chopped garlic
- Tablespoon of fenugreek
- Chopped onions
- A teaspoon of chopped ginger
Making method
- Take a small dish and put the prawns in it. Add salt and turmeric powder and marinate for half an hour.
- Put a pan on the stove and add coriander powder and fennel. Add dried chillies, pepper powder and onion and fry.
- Now put all the above fry in a grinder. Grind it with chopped garlic, chopped onion, chopped tomato, ginger and tamarind juice.
- Then put a pan on the stove and add a little oil and let it heat up. When the oil heats up, add the mustard seeds. When the mustard explodes, add the chopped green chillies and curry leaves and fry.
- Now add the previously made paste to it. Mix it well and add some coconut milk. Add salt to taste and cook for five minutes. Once the curry is done, add the marinated prawns, cover over low heat and cook until the prawns are cooked through.
Very first time I tasted Mangalorean prawn curry. It was too delicious with combination of masala paste. Seafood dishes really popular one for worldwide citizens. I have seen so many hivers visited interesting hotels or restaurants for having seafood meals. So I hope this recipe would be very interesting to everyone.
I think this dish is too hot. I've heard that prawns are very hot, but I've heard that coconut milk now goes that hot.
Prawns is too hot seafood to our body. But coconut milk reduced it.
