I have never seen or eat this type of recipe in my state. But Hive giving me big opportunity to learn more Philippines traditional recipes. When I'll visit someday Cebu I can taste this delicious recipe. Thanks for always introducing different foods and others things to us.

I feel the same way @madushanka! The ones you share interest me as well. The only thing that's keeping me from trying them in my kitchen is the lack of ingredients. It's hard to find some spices/herbs in my city. Even in big malls. I've recently cooked Pad Thai and I went to 4 groceries just to complete the ingredients! I might explore your cuisine one of these days!
