I hope everything is pretty well with you all. Today I am going to share a recipe (crispy fried mushroom) for the first time here. Yesterday, a friend of mine gifted me with his own cultivated mushroom and I prepared crispy fried mushroom. It will take less than 15 minutes to prepare and serve your loving one, especially in the afternoon.
Let’s check the ingredients-
Mushroom
Egg
Cornflower
Salt
Turmeric powder
Hot spices
Cumin seeds
Chili powder
Black pepper and
Oil
Steps to follow-
- Clean the mushroom well
(Mushroom after cleaning)
2 Chop into small pieces
(Chopped mushroom)
3 Take the pieces into a bowl and mix salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, hot spices, powder cumin, black pepper
4 Add an egg
5 Add cornflower to get the stickiness and mix well.
(6) Let fry it in medium flame for 6-8 minute
(7) And crispy fried mushroom is ready to serve.
