Receta: Torta de vainilla/ Ideal para las tardes

Hola lectores, recuerdan que les había comentado en mi presentación que me apasiona la repostería por lo tanto me encanta hacer tortas, aquí les traigo una receta muy breve para degustar en familia, preferiblemente en la tarde o a cualquier hora. Un dulce nunca está demás, les dejo la receta esperando que la pongan en práctica

Hello readers, remember that I had told you in my presentation that I am passionate about baking so I love to make cakes, here I bring you a very short recipe to enjoy with the family, preferably in the afternoon or at any time. A sweet is never too much, I leave you the recipe hoping you put it into practice.

INGREDIENTES:

• 1kg Harina de trigo leudante
• 08 Huevos
• 1kg Azúcar
• 1ltr Leche
• 500gr Mantequilla (con sal)
• 01 cuacharadita esencia de vainilla
• Rayadura de un limón

Materiales:
Una paleta de madera
Un tazón
Molde para torta 1kg

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1kg Leavening wheat flour
  • 08 eggs
  • 1kg Sugar
  • 1ltr Milk
  • 500gr Butter (with salt)
  • 01 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Lemon zest

Materials:
A wooden paddle
A bowl
1kg cake pan

[ ] PRIMER PASO:
Mezclar la mantequilla con la azúcar hasta que la misma esté homogénea.

[ ] FIRST STEP:
Mix the butter with the sugar until the butter is homogeneous.

[ ] SEGUNDO PASÓ:
Agregar a la mezcla que obtuvimos con la azúcar y mantequilla las yemas de los huevos una a una, luego la rayadura de limón y la esencia de vainilla, continuar batiendo.

[ ] SECOND STEP:
Add to the mixture we obtained with the sugar and butter the egg yolks one by one, then the lemon zest and vanilla essence, continue beating.

[ ] TERCER PASO:
Incorporando poco a poco la harina de trigo leudante intercalada con la leche y continuar batiendo.

THIRD STEP:
Incorporating little by little the leavened wheat flour interspersed with the milk and continue beating.

[ ] CUARTO PASO
Batir las claras de huevo apunto de nieve y agregarlas a la mezcla con movimientos envolventes lo cual ayuda a incorporarle más aire a la torta.

[ ] FOURTH STEP
Whip the egg whites until stiff and add them to the mixture with a stirring motion, which helps to add more air to the cake.

[ ] QUINTO PASO:
En un molde previamente untado de mantequilla y enharinado colocar la mezcla y luego se mete al horno el cual debe estar precalentado a 180°C y horneamos por 1 hora aproximadamente.

[ ] FIFTH STEP:
In a previously buttered and floured mold place the mixture and then put it in the oven which should be preheated to 180°C and bake for approximately 1 hour.

[ ] SEXTO PASO
Cumplido el tiempo, verificamos que la mezcla esté cocida y procedemos a retirar del horno dejamos enfriar por media hora y la extraemos y la colocamos en un molde para tortas lista.

SIXTH STEP
Once the time has elapsed, check that the mixture is cooked and proceed to remove from the oven, let it cool for half an hour and then remove it and place it in a cake pan ready.

Esta deliciosa torta la podemos comer sola o acompañada de una taza de café o chocolate caliente, a mi particular me encanta consumirla con una taza de café con leche a la hora de la merienda, así podemos pasar un rato muy agradable en familia o con amigos, invito a los lectores a preparar esta deliciosa receta, vamos a darnos ese gusto.

This delicious cake can be eaten alone or with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate, I particularly love to eat it with a cup of coffee with milk at snack time, so we can spend a very pleasant time with family or friends, I invite readers to prepare this delicious recipe, let's give us that pleasure.
