Cherry! Cherry! Cherry! What they are good for?

Another red fruit arrived. After strawberries, the most beautiful red fruits are cherries.

Do you like cherries? Do you know how good cherries are for your health?

Cherries are rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, B3 and B6. Cherries also contain folic acid, calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium and zinc.

Comparing vitamin C per 100 g, strawberries contain 70 mg of vitamin C, and cherries 8 mg of vitamin C.

But cherries have other benefits. For pain we often take aspirin, and twenty shakes have 10 times stronger effect than aspirin.

Cherries are also good for:

  • Raises energy levels - Most of the calories from this fruit come from the natural sugars in them and that is why a handful of shakes is enough to raise your energy and mood.

  • For healthy nails and hair - ideal for preventing skin aging, but also for maintaining the health of hair and nails. They slow down the formation of wrinkles, blemishes and age spots, giving the skin a youthful appearance.

  • For sleep - cherries contain melatonin which helps people suffering from insomnia, consuming regular cherries and problems and you will no longer need sleeping pills.

  • For digestion - shaking sachet has a large amount of fiber that improves digestion and reduces blood cholesterol levels.

  • To remember - cherries are known as "brain food" because they are rich in the powerful antioxidant anthocyanin, which is great for the brain.

  • For the diet - Cherries are ideal for the diet to cleanse the body, because thanks to the potassium they contain (and they do not contain sodium), they help people who have a problem with fluid retention. There is a diet with cherries, which consists of drinking 2 liters of cherry juice a day for 72 hours in a row. This diet aims to rid the body of toxins and uric acid, and to burn fat, and thus help you lose a few pounds.

    Who is not allowed to consume cherries?

    Not recommended for young children, people with liver failure and kidney failure.

    Due to the large amount of sugar and carbohydrates, diabetics should not consume them.

There are a lot of wonderful cakes with cherries, and my favorite is sweet from shaking. I hope they cook it soon.
